In one paragraph: Nikkah USA is a private, human-run matchmaking service for Muslim women in the United States. Your profile is never published. It is read by our small team and shared with a specific brother (and his wali) only after you say yes. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Who we are

What we collect

What you type in the profile: first name or kunya, age, state and city, background, marital history, religious practice and beliefs, what you seek in a husband, your wali's name/relationship/phone, your phone number.
If you open the app from Telegram: your Telegram ID, first name and username, so we can message you about your profile.
An optional photo, stored privately.
Technical basics: IP address and device type, used only to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To review your profile by hand and look for a compatible brother among the men who have registered with us.
To contact you and, when an introduction is proposed, your wali.
To send you a small number of messages on Telegram about your own profile (reminders if you did not finish, status updates, an introduction). You can stop these any time by replying STOP or blocking the bot.

What we never do

We never publish your profile or photo anywhere — no feed, no channel, no website.
We never sell or rent your data, and we never use it for advertising.
We never show your photo to anyone without your consent for that specific introduction.

Sharing

Your profile is seen by our team. When we propose an introduction, we first show you the brother. Only if you agree do we share your profile (and, if you choose, your photo) with him and his wali. Your phone number is shared only with your consent.

Sensitive data

Religious beliefs and practice are sensitive information. We collect them because a halal match depends on them. By submitting your profile you consent to us processing this information for matchmaking only.

Storage & security

Profiles and photos are stored on a US server outside the public web folder, reachable only by our team. We keep your profile while you are searching. Tell us when you marry or withdraw and we delete it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see, correct, or delete everything we hold about you. Message @NikkahUSA_bot or call (912) 777-2650 and we will do it within 7 days.

Terms of use

Nikkah USA is for Muslim women, 18 or older, living in the United States, seeking marriage.
Everything you write must be true. False information or any intention other than marriage results in removal.
Do not share other people's information or photos that you receive through an introduction.
We are a matchmaking service, not a marriage contract. The nikkah itself, mahr, and conditions are between the families, with witnesses, according to the Sharia.
The service is free for sisters. We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page.
